You sound a bit melodramatic over it all and frankly shouldnt need 9-10 hours in bed as 8 hours is optimum. Going to bed at 8:30pm is a bit much. You're in bed at 8:30pm so you ARE getting more than enough sleep but you say you are always tired and still too tired to hang out even though you're in bed at 8:30?
